Are your products intended for human consumption?
Pepternity products are supplied strictly for research purposes. They are not intended for human or veterinary use, and are not approved by the FDA, MHRA, or any other regulatory body for therapeutic use. All compounds are sold to verified research professionals only.
How do I access my Certificate of Analysis?
A batch-specific CoA is included with every order. You can also access CoAs for any current batch number via our Batch Verification portal using the lot number printed on your order label.
How do I verify your compound purity claims?
Every batch ships with an HPLC chromatogram and mass spectrometry report from an accredited third-party laboratory. These documents are not generated in-house — they are independently issued and can be cross-referenced with the laboratory directly.
What are your shipping times and conditions?
Standard orders ship within 1–2 business days. All peptide orders are shipped in insulated packaging with ice packs for temperature-sensitive compounds. We only ship within the United States — see our Shipping Policy for restrictions.
Do you offer bulk or institutional pricing?

What is your returns policy?
We accept returns on sealed, unopened products within 14 days of receipt. Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on opened or reconstituted compounds. Please contact support before initiating any return.
